Reimagining an icon, Jordan Brand gives the classic "Black Metallic" Air Jordan 5 an update to differentiate from the OG.

The signature black synthetic nubuck remains, however the white edging seems more prevalent. This pairs well with the white laces–a switch from the tonal OG. The icey plastic webbing and outsole remains, however Michael Jordan's '23' number which famously adorned the heel of original pairs has been removed. Around back the embroidered "Nike Air" hit has been given the flick as well, replaced with a slick reflective badge instead.
